- More than 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management at international organizations in different industries;
- 10 years experience of providing consultancy service in human resources and organizational development, performance assessment, and performance improvement;
- Several years’ training experience in human resource management, organizational management, and administrative skill;
- Experience in successful team building, and supervision of staff up to twenty members;
- 10 years experience in organizational development and Human Resource Management;
- Recruitment and selection of middle and high-level management staff;
- Experience in training and organizational development assessment, professional training need assessments and curriculum development for training programs;
- Executive education in Human Resource Development and Project Identification, Development and Management.
